You will have an art links collection, a sailing links collection and a driving links collection. Use them wisely. They will always be accessible if you follow the Investigate link. Read the thief's account of the theft in his journal. These entries may be encoded so use the code breaking kit as necessary.
You can visit crime scenes to collect clues. Be sure to use your ready-made kits to prepare for these investigations.
If you need to chase the thief, you may speed, but if you break any other laws, you will be arrested. We have assembled a driving kit for those of you unfamiliar with California driving laws.
